Nissan will be the leading Japanese brand in China, Russia and Mexico.In 2014 Nissan was the greatest car manufacturer in North America.Nissan will be the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, with global sales of greater than 320,000 all-electric vehicles by April 2018. The top-selling vehicle with the carmaker's lineup will be the Nissan LEAF, an all-electric car as well as the world's top-selling highway-capable plug-in electric car in the past.In January 2018, Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa announced that Infiniti vehicles launched from 2021 will likely be hybrid vehicles or all-electric vehicles.
