Nissan would be the leading Japanese brand in China, Russia and Mexico.In 2014 Nissan was the biggest car manufacturer in North America.Nissan could be the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, with global sales of over 320,000 all-electric vehicles since April 2018. The top-selling vehicle in the carmaker's lineup could be the Nissan LEAF, an all-electric car as well as the world's top-selling highway-capable plug-in electric car in the past.In January 2018, Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa announced that each one Infiniti vehicles launched from 2021 is going to be hybrid vehicles or all-electric vehicles.
